Ingredients for making Fried Father's Ear:

2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

 1 cup of warm milk

½ cup of sugar (80 grams)

 1 egg unit

1 tablespoon of butter or margarine

 1 pinch of salt

 frying oil

How to make Fried Father's Ear:

Preparing a priest's ear is very easy and you can even prepare it in a blender. Put all the ingredients in the glass (except the frying oil) and beat very well.

If you want to prepare it manually, mix all the ingredients (except the oil) in a bowl and keep stirring until you get a doughy dough.

Then bring a large skillet to medium heat with a little oil. When it's hot, add a ladle of the wooden ear batter and let it fry.

When it is browned underneath, turn it over with the help of a spatula, so as to fry on the other side as well.

Remove the priest's ear when it is fried on both sides, set aside on a plate and repeat with the remaining dough. Serve with, for example, Nutella, jelly, dulce de leche or other. Enjoy your food!
